Introduction

Enga is a language of Papua New Guinea. It is spoken in Enga Province. Maramuni are nomadic in lower central range. .

Dialects

Kaina, Kandepe, Kapona, Laiagam, Lapalama 1, Lapalama 2, Layapo, Mae (Mai, Wabag), Maramuni (Malamuni), Sari, Sau (Sau Enga, Wapi), Tayato, Yandapo. Mae is standard dialect; all understand it. Layapo is between Mae and Kyaka (See: Kyaka?).
