Introduction
Phoenician is an ancient language of the coast of Lebanon and Israel. 2nd - 1st Millennium BC. Its closest living relative is Hebrew. The area where Phoenician was spoken includes modern-day Lebanon, coastal Syria, northern Israel and Malta.
