Verbix Languages

WikiVerb is a site dedicated to languages, verbs, and verb conjugation.

It's not going to be a copy of information available in WikiPedia, but it will focus in verb conjugation. It won't replace www.verbix.com either, but it includes information and languages that are not available there.

If you find errors on these pages, feel free to correct them. Like in other Wiki-kind of sites, anyone can become an editor.

Finnish (suomi, or suomen kieli) is the language spoken by the majority of the population in Finland (91.7%) and by ethnic Finns outside of Finland. The Finnish dialect Kven is spoken in Norway.

Finnish is a member of the Uralic language family and is typologically between inflected and agglutinative languages. It modifies and inflects the forms of nouns, adjectives, pronouns, numerals and verbs, depending on their roles in the sentence. (Read more...)
